Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of constient.com and the product demonstrations linked from it. By using the site you agree to them. They cover what you may do with the content, who owns it, how the demos may be used, what we do and do not promise, and which law applies. They do not replace any contract you sign with Constient for services or products. Last updated 18 October 2026.
Who these terms are between
This website is operated by Constient Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, No 16, Ganapathy Rao Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai 600099, India, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, including Constient Global Information Technology Consulting L.L.C in Abu Dhabi and our office in Branchburg, New Jersey. References to "Constient", "we" and "us" mean the operator and those affiliates. "You" means any person using the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Permitted use of the site
You may browse the site, read and print pages for your own business evaluation, and use the forms to contact us. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for republication, scrape it with automated tools beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or to the demonstration platform, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law. We may suspend access for anyone who does. The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, designs, product names, logos and code on this site belong to Constient or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law in India and elsewhere. "Constient", "VisionGuard AI", "Facility AI Platform", "A24 Hospitality Intelligence" and the other product names used here are our marks or trade names. Microsoft, Dynamics 365 and Business Central are marks of Microsoft Corporation, and other third-party names belong to their owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Any other use needs our written permission. If you send us ideas, feedback or material through the site, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to improve our products and services, and you confirm you have the right to send it.
Product demonstrations
The interactive demos on this site run on a separate demonstration platform and use sample data only. They illustrate how our products work and are not production environments, not connected to any client system and not a representation of the accuracy, features or performance you will get in your own deployment. Features shown may change or be unavailable. Do not upload confidential or personal data to a demo. Any pilot or deployment is governed by a separate written agreement, and performance is measured on your data under that agreement, not inferred from a demo.
Information, no warranty, and limitation of liability
The content of this site is general information about our services, products and research. It is not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice. References to regulations, standards and deadlines, including those of NIST, SAMA, UAE Cyber Security Council, SDAIA, the Government of India and US federal agencies, are provided for context as understood on the date shown; you should verify them against the primary source before relying on them. Statements about quantum technologies describe research in progress and do not promise any result.
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Third-party links and privacy
The site links to third-party sites, including social networks, regulators and our demonstration platform. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Your use of this site is also subject to our privacy policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rights you hold in your own country. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
